- We only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
- International shipping is not currently available. Orders with non-US shipping addresses will be canceled and payment will not be processed.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
- Delivery Time:
USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days.

- Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery times may vary by region (e.g., faster delivery to addresses on the US West Coast).
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard shipping rates start at $5.99 for First-Class Mail and $8.99 for Priority Mail.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $200 (US addresses only).

Tracking Your Order

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products (nootropics and peptides), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us via email immediately before your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and details. We may, at our discretion and after investigation with USPS, provide a replacement.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
